This charming studio is ideal for a couple. It consists of a sofa bed, a small dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The brick wall in the living room as well as the magnificent view of the Saint Nicolas Church will enhance the charm of this accommodation.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city of Toulouse, on the left bank of the Garonne, in the Saint-Cyprien district, known for being a welcoming district combining culture, good living and relaxation. You will also find all the local shops there with a real neighborhood life. Meet at the market, very popular with Toulouse residents, which will allow you to discover a fine selection of our regional products.
Not far from there, the Musée d'Art Contemporain des Abattoirs will allow you to discover many artists known worldwide. Its garden, overlooking the Garonne, is very pleasant to relax and admire the other side of Toulouse. You will indeed find the most beautiful panorama of the city.
Known for these beautiful green spaces, you can also lounge at the Prairie des Filters, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Finally, stop at Place de l'Estrapade for a drink or a meal in one of the many small restaurants in the area.
