Located in a small building, apartment decidedly modern and well thought out. Comfortable entrance hall and spacious kitchen for this size of property, high standard equipment and bathroom, pleasant balcony. Private parking.
Entrance hall, living/dining room, table for four, independent bedroom, Italian style shower in the bathroom, separate WC.
Access : First floor (lift).
Sleeping facilities: 1 double bed (160cm), 1 double occasional sofa bed
Kitchen facilities: fully equipped kitchen (electrical plates, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, all sheets and towels supplied. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine.
Multimedia facilities: flat TV, and free WIFI.
Pets not accepted – No smoking apartment.
Marengo district, close to the Mediatheque Cabanis overlooking the City. Easy access to get out of town (motorway:2,5km) The town center is accessible by foot, by crossing the ‘Canal du Midi’ and strolling down the ‘Allées Jean Jaures’; Place Wilson is reached in 15/20mn. All amenities are in a 500m range, and a large mall is located in Gramont, accessible within a few minutes by car. Open air market in Saint Aubin on the other side of the Canal. Cafes, restaurants, theaters and cinemas, at the end of the ‘Allées Jean Jaures’ and Place Wilson. In the street and the neighbouring streets, doctors, dentists, kines and district nurse.

Metro ‘Marengo’ A line, 4mn, ‘Jeanne d’Arc’ B line
Airport and Airbus shuttle Bus and train station 4mn
