Description
Breathtaking view over the Garonne River and the historical Toulouse. Modern and comfortable, this property is vast and luminous and as pleasant as efficient. A large terrace runs all along the apartment and its two rooms, no overlooking neighbours whilst being right in the heart of Toulouse. From the terrace you may hear the river, very close.
Entrance hall with closet, separate kitchen large enough to have a dining table, comfortable living/dining room, corridor leading to the two bedrooms both giving on the terrace. Separate bathroom with bath and independent WC.
Access: ground floor with a lift for the private underground parking. Two entrances, one on the street and one going through a private garden.
Sleeping facilities: 1 double bed, and 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Sheets and towels provided.
Kitchen facilities: fully equipped kitchen (ceramic plates, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).
Multimedia facilities: TV, free WIFI, radio.
Outdoors facilities: a large table and chairs on the terrace
No smoking apartment. Pets non allowed.
Near the old tobacco manufacture, now transformed into a university. Also close to the leafy Canal de Brienne nice for strolls under the plane trees. Also ideal location for the city center’s main business area, and equidistant from the University of Toulouse-1 Capitole, the TSE, the IEP of Toulouse and the Congress Center Pierre Baudis. The buzzing Place St Pierre, so popular with students, is just a few minutes’ walk away, while on the other side is the ‘Compans’ shopping Centre – next to the very Zen Japanese garden of Toulouse.
A very strategic location ! Metro (1km, 10mn walk to Compans Cafarelli, buses and Velotoulouse (bicycle rental station). A free shuttle takes you all around town.
